Our Practice in Friendswood

Dr. Beth Robinson is native to the Houston area, originally from Katy, Texas.  She graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science in Applied Mathematics from Texas A&M University in 2003.  After working for a few years as an actuarial analyst, Dr. Robinson pursued optometry as a profession.  She graduated Summa Cum Laude with her Doctorate from the University of Houston College of Optometry and is currently a Texas Optometry Board Licensed Therapeutic Optometrist and a certified Optometric Glaucoma Specialist.  

Dr. Robinson has since specialized in ocular disease and complex contact lens fittings. After working for nine years in Clear Lake, she finally realized her dream in the apropos year of 2020 by opening her own practice in Friendswood, Texas where she and her family reside.  Her focus will continue to include personalized eye examinations while offering a fashion forward optical experience, which was her first passion when entering the field of optometry.
While in optometry school at U of H, Dr. Robinson held many leadership positions and was awarded several scholarships and awards throughout the four-year program.  She remains a member of the American Optometric Association and Texas Optometric Association (TOA.  Dr. Robinson currently serves on the TOA Board as a Trustee and is co-chair for the communications committee. She is a member of the Friendswood Chamber of Commerce and most recently was invited to be a member of the Friendswood Rotary Club.
Dr. Robinson is passionate about spending time with her family, namely her beautiful daughter Blakely, spirited son Smith, and her husband Jared who currently presides as Judge over the 405th District Court in Galveston County.  Judge (Major) Jared Robinson continues as a JAG officer in the United States Army National Guard and has served our country for over 25 years.  Dr. Robinson loves dogs, and currently has an energetic yellow lab, Rosie, and the newest family addition is Lolli the pug.  When time allows, she enjoys exercising and running, hiking, skiing, and traveling with her friends and family. 
Dr. Robinson, also known as Dr. B, thoroughly appreciates getting to know her patients and protecting their vision and eye health, and she looks forward to caring for the Friendswood and surrounding communities for many years to come.

Ginger has worked with Dr. B since 2012 and is now her right hand as the office manager here at See B. Seen. Ginger has prior experience in the medical field, but her passion lies with optometry. She will greet you on the phone and when you walk in the door as she prides herself in top-notch customer service. Frame styling in the optical is a bonus for her while insurance is her specialty. Ginger is a proud mother of two daughters, one an Aggie grad and the other a current student at Texas A&M. Her boxer pup Ruger gets all the attention when Ginger leaves See B. Seen, including special burger treats if he is a “good boy”. She enjoys grilling outdoors and working on her property in Alvin, but family time always comes first.

Angelica has been working in the optometric field since 2010 and has teamed up with Dr. B and Ginger since 2013. As our lead technician, she is extremely knowledgeable and will guide you through our office from preliminary testing to the exam workup and will even help you in selecting the perfect eyewear, as a jack of all trades. She specializes in training difficult-to-fit patients in hard, soft, and specialty contact lenses. In her spare time, she enjoys being with her family. Her precious growing little boy and a rambunctious golden doodle keep her busy when you don’t see her here at See B. Seen.
